Rusty Halo Foundation is making an impact on the lives of youth in Northern California

We are serving youth in multiple counties in the Bay Area and the surrounding cities and counties. Thanks to your generous support, we’re supporting over fifty youth in Rusty Halo programs and working with seven local groups or agencies with youth in foster homes, poverty or group homes.
