Rusty Halo provides services to individuals ages approximately 13-21 who have had contact with the foster or juvenile correction systems, are homeless, have a Veteran parent with PTSD, or who have a history of trauma, PTSD, or anxiety disorders. We recognize that older youth and young adults with these backgrounds, have more often than not been exposed to adverse and often toxic conditions that have lasting impacts on their health, development, socioeconomic status and their transition to adulthood.
